In 2017, I become a Plant Production Director for an electrical manufacturing company, leading 120+ associates.

IT Consultant
I needed a change, so I completely changed my career and went into IT.

Regional Operations Director
I was promoted to Regional Operations, where I led 8 countries and 100+ M EUR of P&L.

Developed the Regional OPS strategy, focused on Courier retention; result was a stable ratio of couriers to orders for the region
Courier retention increased from 6 to 8 months resulting:
Decrease in costs by 6 cents/order
Hourly delivery efficiency increased by 0.2 orders/hour
Chief of Staff to the CEO
In 2023, I became the Chief of Staff to the CEO of a career Coaching company. We went from $600k to $1.2M in a year with projections for $2.2M to $2.4M in revenue the following year

Established a Project Management and tracking system
Defined new operational strategies by working with CEO and other executives on special projects
Created the Client Journey Map that incorporated SOPs and procedures
